In 1990 The Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship was founded to assist single paretns to complete a post-secondary education.  To apply for this scholarship you must live in Arkansas, graduated from high school or have a GED.When applying for this scholarship you must be a resident of the county, must earn income at or near the poverty level, and haven't received a baccalaureate degree.
