Spring Break Is Coming, Are You Ready?
It’s almost Spring and like most colleges students you want a break from classes and your online degree. Of course, if you are the typical student you don't have much cash. You got bills to pay, which means that cruise to Puerto Rico is not going to happen. Fortunately there are plenty of ways to have a more affordable spring break.
The more the merrier. The more people on the trip the more you split the costs of rooming, gas etc… This will really help to keep the costs lower. Yes, you might need to bring a sleeping bag to sleep on the hotel floor, but you are in college and it’s all about adventure. At online university you will find a degree you will love.
Hit your grocer.Food is one of the easiest ways to save some dough. Grab a cooler or two and fill it with sandwich materials, lunchables, drinks and other perishables. Do not go out to eat every night, instead take a picnic somewhere.If you can help it and you are going to a big tourist destination, do not go to the grocery stores there. They jack the prices up. Go to the one near your house before you leave.
Look up that old friend of yours. Maybe he doesn't live on the beach, but he does have free lodging! It is a great way to save money and have a blast with an old friend. Besides, you are young and creative, you will find a way to have fun. You will love university degrees so much that you won't even want to go on Spring Break.
There are also plenty of places to go for fun. You might would rather go on a cruise, but you can have a good time without it. For anyone in the South, Florida has some great beaches. If you can't get there though there are other options. Texas has some nice beaches around Padre Island and Corpus Christi, avoid their other beaches though. California has nice beaches but be warned the water is probably still cold.
You could always head for the hills.Spring Break is actually a great time to go skiing or snow boarding. One advantage of going during Spring Break is that it is not nearly as cold as if you went earlier in the year. Some places, like New Mexico, will actually get warm down in the city itself. Of course Colorado is a great place to go. In California try Mammoth or even Tahoe. While the slopes aren’t as big, on the East coast the Appalachians have some fun slopes. At masters degree online you will find a degree you will love.
Don't forget fun places like New York, Vegas and New Orleans. So yeah, maybe you aren’t going to Europe this year, but there are plenty more places that you can go. It is what you make of it.
